Career History

During and after his studies, Márton worked in several AV integrator companies in Hungary. After having great experiences with Lightware devices, he decided to join the company in 2023. He is personally motivated to help others get the exact information they need, without any frustration. Having experienced the everyday challenges and tasks of integrating engineers, and being a certified smart home automation programmer himself, he chose the area of Automation and AV Integration solutions.

About Me

During my university years I worked in a lot of groups, both local and international communities, so I value teamwork very much, and I believe learning and developing together is one of the best things a team can do. I tried myself as a soft skill trainer as well, with several methodologies. I believe that continuous development is a must on all areas of life, and I intend to invoke this curiosity in my audience.

For me, there is just something magical about automation and communication between devices, it has a potential to do whatever we imagine. One day, I will brew my coffee with LARA!

As a trainer at Lightware, my goal is to perfect my skills as much as possible, to be able to truly give the audience a sense of development throughout our trainings.

Márton has an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
