On Level 2 (Associate) we dive into the technology that makes those products and unique features work. How can USB‑C deliver video, audio, USB, wired network and power on the same cable? How can you set up LARA modules without JavaScript coding? How can you commission GVN or TPN AV‑over‑IP systems? Enroll in Level 2 courses to find out!

And on Level 3 (Expert) we go really in‑depth. If you are someone who needs to design AV systems from scratch or your job is to be able to diagnose and fix misbehaving AV systems, then buckle up, enroll in Level 3 courses and we will give you all the tools you need.

We offer 2 types of in‑person courses in our Training Centers: Introduction and Master.
1‑day long Introduction type events like 'LARA Introduction' and 'AV‑over‑IP Introduction' are designed for people who prefer experiencing first‑hand to watching online. These courses start at the very basics but still reach a high level of understanding of Room Automation and AV‑over‑IP. But they are not just about theory, we always include lots of live demonstrations too. Completing the related online Lightware Academy courses - although recommended - is not a pre‑requisite for attending. Certificates are of course handed out at the end of the event.
1‑ or 2‑day long Master courses on the other hand focus on hands‑on experience and they build on the knowledge you gain in the online Lightware Academy courses or in the Introduction courses. During Master courses all students work with their own set of devices and complete a series of tasks, from basic to advanced ones. Master courses prepare you to be the James Bond of the AV world: the agent who can solve everything out in the field. But of course, our experienced trainers are there to guide you throughout the day(s). And at the end of the event you can obtain our ultimate certificate: the ‘Master Certificate’.
