1 Gbps AVoIP (GVN) Master is a 1‑day long, in‑person hands‑on training for anyone interested in Gemini GVN, Lightware’s 1 Gb AV‑over‑IP solution with 4K60 support, low latency, low power consumption and Dante AV‑A audio. During this event you will have a chance to commission and explore the capabilities of your own GVN encoder and decoder endpoints and build multi‑switch configs as well.
- Configure and commission a GVN AV‑over‑IP system, including AV‑LAN, DHCP, switch configuration, and GVN endpoint connectivity
- Configure GVN endpoints and MMU functions, including device mapping, host and stream names, USB‑C input settings, EDID management, scaling, crosspoint switching, and seamless switching
- Configure and verify USB and audio functionality in a GVN system, including USB peripheral connectivity and Dante audio integration
- Integrate GVN systems with LARA and implement basic room automation using signal detection and the LW3 protocol
- Identify and resolve common GVN system configuration and connectivity issues through hands‑on commissioning and troubleshooting activities
